Xianji Quan, CAIA, is Managing Director, Investor Solutions, within the Asset Management business of ORIX Corporation USA. She is responsible for coverage of global large institutional investors, capital raising and business development for the firm’s product platform. Ms. Quan joined the firm in 2024 from BlackRock, where she led the New York-based Official Institutions Group.
Ms. Quan has more than 15 years of financial services experience, with a focus on global client management, fundraising, and strategic client solutions. At BlackRock, she was responsible for managing global sovereign wealth funds, national pension plans and multilateral organizations. Prior to BlackRock, Ms. Quan was one of the founding members of the APAC institutional client business at Manulife Asset Management based in Hong Kong, where she focused on insurance companies as well as official institutions in APAC. Ms. Quan started her career at ICAP in London as Finance analyst.
Ms. Quan earned a BA from Sun Yat-sen University in China and a Master of Science from London School of Economics.
