ORIX USA’s GP Solutions committed $5MM, alongside $10MM from a third-party client, to a $125MM securitization of a middle market Private Equity Fund. The $125MM facility is comprised of A- rated senior secured term notes. At close, the fund was valued at ~$700MM NAV across eleven underlying investments diversified across buyout, structured capital, private credit, secondaries, real estate, and infrastructure.
