Signal Peak Capital Management, a wholly owned subsidiary of ORIX Corporation USA, announced the closing of a reset of a $400 million collateralized loan obligation (CLO), Signal Peak CLO 10. The non-call period end date will extend through February 20, 2027, and the reinvestment period is set through January 24, 2030. The stated maturity is January 24, 2038. Citigroup served as Structurer and Placement Agent. Signal Peak Capital Management’s 20-member team is co-led by David Martin and Erik Gunnerson, who together bring over 50 years of investment expertise.
As of December 2024, SPCM has approximately $4.8 billion of assets under management (AUM) across CLOs and separately managed accounts consisting primarily of broadly syndicated loans and structured credit investments. The closing of Signal Peak CLO 10 marks the team’s 30th CLO transaction since inception.
