Keith Rochelli is Managing Director of ORIX Corporation USA’s Infrastructure and Public Finance business, overseeing credit underwriting and risk analysis for its private credit strategy. He joined the firm in 2020 and is based in Dallas.
Mr. Rochelli has over 16 years of credit experience in the municipal and infrastructure sectors. Prior to joining ORIX USA, he served as Vice President and Senior Research Analyst for Saybrook Fund Advisors, LLC, where he specialized in distressed and defaulted municipal bond opportunities and credit structuring and surveillance of healthcare, energy, and senior housing investments. He began his career structuring municipal bond and derivatives transactions at Citigroup Global Markets, Inc.
Mr. Rochelli holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin and is a CFA® charterholder.
