ORIX Real Estate Americas Closes $17 Million Construction Loan for a 128-Room Fairfield Inn Located in San Francisco

ORIX Real Estate Americas announced the closing of a $17 million construction loan that will be used to facilitate the construction and operation of a 128-room Fairfield Inn (Marriott) located in South San Francisco.

“San Francisco is known for having a strong historical market performance and demand drivers,” said Adam Diamond, Director – Originations for ORIX Real Estate Americas.
