Ellie Ivanova is a Managing Director in the Structured Credit group at ORIX Corporation USA, where she is responsible for the structuring, pricing, negotiation, and financing of transactions. She joined the firm in 2021 and is based in New York.
Prior to joining ORIX USA, she spent 10 years at Wilton Re, where she focused on the origination and execution of life insurance transactions in North America. Ms. Ivanova also had responsibility for managing Wilton Re’s investment portfolio and the execution of the firm’s strategic asset allocation strategy. She started her career in corporate strategy and M&A at Nationwide Insurance.
Ms. Ivanova earned a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.
