ORIX USA’s Municipal and Infrastructure business completed a $21.1 million purchase of property tax increment receivables that reimburse the developer for certain improvements to an office building redevelopment in downtown Dallas, TX. The building now features office, retail, and hotel space along with 324 luxury apartments.
