ORIX USA’s Municipal and Infrastructure Business Completes $23 Million Special District Bond Purchase for a Mixed-Use Development

ORIX USA’s Municipal and Infrastructure business completed a $23 million purchase of junior subordinate bonds that funded the construction of infrastructure in a blighted area of Baltimore, MD. The mixed-use development features life science, office, retail, and hotel space along with over 1200 residential units adjacent to Johns Hopkins Medical Campus at buildout.
