ORIX Corporation USA’s Municipal and Infrastructure Business Completes $38.5 Million Purchase of Special District Future Tax Revenues for a Mixed-Use Redevelopment

ORIX Corporation USA’s Municipal and Infrastructure business completed a $38.5 million purchase of future real estate tax revenues from a mixed-use redevelopment that reimburses a developer for construction of public improvements. The 100-acre project consists of new apartments, retail, restaurants, single family homes and offices in a Dallas suburb.
