Signal Peak Capital Management, the credit focused asset management team of ORIX Advisers, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of ORIX Corporation USA, announced the closing of a $403.45 million new-issue collateralized loan obligation (CLO), Signal Peak CLO 11. The non-call period end date is June 28, 2026, and the reinvestment period is set through July 18, 2029. The stated maturity is July 18, 2037. JP Morgan served as Lead Arranger.
Signal Peak Capital Management’s 19-member team is co-led by David Martin and Erik Gunnerson, who together bring over 45 years of investment expertise.
As of May 2024, SPCM has approximately $4.9 billion of assets under management (AUM) across CLOs and separately managed accounts consisting primarily of broadly syndicated loans and structured credit investments. The closing of Signal Peak CLO 11 marks the team’s 23rd CLO transaction since inception and 3rd CLO transaction this year.
