Signal Peak Capital Management, the credit focused asset management team of ORIX Advisers, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of ORIX Corporation USA, announced the closing of a reset of a $416.35 million collateralized loan obligation (CLO), Signal Peak CLO 7. The non-call period end date is October 20, 2026, and the reinvestment period is set through October 20, 2029. The final stated maturity is October 20, 2037. JP Morgan served as Lead Arranger. Signal Peak Capital Management’s 19-member team is co-led by David Martin and Erik Gunnerson, who together bring over 45 years of investment expertise.
As of June 2024, SPCM has approximately $4.7 billion of assets under management (AUM) across CLOs and separately managed accounts consisting primarily of broadly syndicated loans and structured credit investments. The closing of Signal Peak CLO 7 marks the team’s 25th CLO transaction since inception and 5th CLO transaction this year.
