Jeff Abrams has been promoted to chief investment officer for asset management at ORIX Corp. USA. It is a new position, spokeswoman Rohini Pragasam said. Mr. Abrams will oversee ORIX USA’s asset management capabilities “across the growth capital, municipal and infrastructure, special opportunities credit teams as well as those of Signal Peak Capital, a leveraged credit business, and NXT Capital, a middle-market direct lending business,” said a news release Wednesday.
