ORIX USA Strengthens Municipal and Infrastructure Origination and Underwriting Capabilities with Senior Hire, Tatianna Yale

Tatianna Yale Joins as Senior Director

New York  – ORIX Corporation USA (ORIX USA) today announced that Tatianna Yale has joined its Municipal and Infrastructure group as Senior Director, focused on Origination. Ms. Yale is based in Dallas, Texas and will report to Rob Wetzler, Head of the Municipal and Infrastructure group.

Ms. Yale has over 15 years of experience in debt origination, securitization, public-private partnerships, and real estate underwriting. In her new role, she will oversee new business origination and underwriting for high-yield investments and lead efforts to underwrite, structure, and close new investments. Ms. Yale will also develop and execute new business origination strategies to generate investment opportunities and coordinate market communication for targeted origination sectors.

Ms. Yale joins the Municipal and Infrastructure group from Texas Medical Center (TMC), where she was the Chief Investment & Planning Officer. In this role, Ms. Yale architected and implemented TMC’s financial strategy, which focused on investing in infrastructure, real estate, and venture to generate growth while delivering on corporate revenue and return metrics. Prior to TMC, Ms. Yale spent over a decade at Citigroup, most recently as a Director, where she worked closely with municipal issuers and non-profit clients to capture infrastructure and real estate opportunities.
