Rob Golden, who joined ORIX USA subsidiary Boston Financial as CEO in May, spoke to Affordable Housing Finance about his career as an investor in the industry and his reasons for joining Boston Financial.
“I think ultimately we all want to create more and more affordable housing,” he told the publication. His initial plans at Boston Financial also include creating opportunities for innovation and new products.
He expressed his admiration for the firm, saying, “Boston Financial, having been in this business for over 50 years, is the gold standard in reputation.”
