Amy Chang is Head of Sustainability at ORIX Corporation USA, where she oversees the implementation of sustainable investment solutions to capture strategic opportunities for clients. She also leads group-wide efforts on corporate sustainability throughout the firm’s business practices and operations. Additionally, Ms. Chang is a Managing Director within the Asset Management business, responsible for investor relations and client servicing. She is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. She joined the firm in 2021 and is based in New York.
Ms. Chang has over 18 years of experience in asset management and private markets business development activities. Prior to her current role, she was a Director at BlackRock Private Equity Partners, where she was a senior product specialist and covered business development and investor relations functions for the group, including product development, investor due diligence, client onboarding, program management and investor reporting on behalf of commingled funds and separate accounts.
Ms. Chang holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
