Ethan Parks is a Director in ORIX Corporation USA’s Infrastructure and Public Finance business, where he manages the credit surveillance process for the Group’s portfolio. He joined the firm in 2024 and is based in Los Angeles.
Prior to joining ORIX USA, Mr. Parks was responsible for credit research for Delphi Capital Management’s Municipal High Yield portfolio, including security selection, structuring, and surveillance. Prior to Delphi, Mr. Parks spent seven years at Deutsche Bank providing credit research relating to the bank’s $1 billion tax-exempt and taxable municipal portfolio.
Before joining Deutsche Bank, Ethan held a similar position at Lehman Brothers, providing credit research in support of the high yield trading desk. While at Lehman Brothers, he also published municipal high yield credit research for trading clients and was named to the Institutional Investors All-America Fixed Income Research Team twice. Ethan also previously worked at Fitch Ratings in the Commercial Real Estate Group covering Health Care REITs. He started his career at MBIA as an analyst in the Insured Portfolio Management Group, providing credit management for the firm’s $25 billion healthcare portfolio.
Mr. Parks holds a BA in Economics from Manhattanville University.
