Matthew Scullion is a Managing Director at ORIX Corporation USA and leads the Corporate Development team at Lument, a subsidiary of ORIX USA. He is also a Member of the Executive Committee at Lument and a Board Member of ORIX Corporation USA Commercial Mortgage Servicing, LLC. He joined the firm in 2012 and is based in Dallas.
Mr. Scullion has over 25 years of experience working in M&A, private equity, corporate finance, accounting, tax and operational activities. Prior to joining ORIX USA, Mr. Scullion served as a Vice President at American Express where he advised on transaction structuring for the global network services business. Before American Express, Mr. Scullion spent ten years working for Ernst & Young, where he supported private equity and corporate clients, providing financial due diligence and other transaction-related services.
Mr. Scullion holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Accounting from Penn State University. He also is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York.
