Raviv Shtaingos is Managing Director and Group Head of Securitized Credit at ORIX Corporation USA. He oversees ORIX USA’s securitized lending platform across Structured Credit, Asset-Based Finance and GP Solutions. He also works with ORIX USA’s Asset Management team on the growth and development of the firm’s third party assets and product offerings. Mr. Shtaingos is a member of the firm’s Management Committee. He joined the firm in 2020 and is based in London.
Prior to joining ORIX USA, Mr. Shtaingos spent over 16 years at Barclays International in the role of Global Head of Credit and Securitized Products Structuring, where he built and oversaw a team responsible for structuring transactions across a variety of asset classes. Previously, he was responsible for structuring and pricing credit derivatives-backed transactions at JP Morgan.
Mr. Shtaingos holds a Master’s in Engineering, Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
