Taehoon Kim is an Associate Director in the Corporate Development and Strategic Opportunities business at ORIX Corporation USA, focused on strategic M&A and new business development. He joined the firm in 2024 and is based in Dallas.
Prior to joining ORIX USA, Mr. Kim was part of a Corporate Development team at SCA Health, a UnitedHealth Group company, focused on M&A of specialty healthcare businesses. Prior to his time at SCA Health, he served as an Investment Banking Analyst at Société Générale in their Oil and Gas group as well as serving as an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers within their Core Assurance practice.
Mr. Kim graduated from University of Texas at Austin with a BBA and MPA in accounting.
