Vera Gavrilovic is an associate in the GP Solutions business for ORIX Corporation USA, responsible for financial modeling, transaction underwriting, and fund monitoring. She joined the firm in 2022 and is based in Dallas.
Prior to joining ORIX USA, Ms. Gavrilovic was an analyst with Auldbrass Partners, a secondaries firm focused on GP-led opportunities in the lower middle market. Previously, she interned at the Riverside Company.
Ms. Gavrilovic attended the University of Virginia and the University of Texas at Dallas, where she received her BS in Finance and graduated with honors.
