Will Bermudez is Senior Associate for ORIX Corporation USA’s Infrastructure and Public Finance business, responsible for originating and underwriting potential private credit opportunities and monitoring portfolio companies. He joined the firm in 2025 and is based in Dallas.
Prior to joining ORIX USA, Mr. Bermudez was a Vice President at Hilltop Securities in their high yield debt capital markets group where he focused on the origination and execution of project finance and infrastructure transactions. He began his career at Ernst & Young.
Mr. Bermudez holds a BS in Finance from the University of South Florida.
